1. Who I am
This website is operated by Stefan Ackermann – PGA Professional, based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. I provide in-person golf lessons and online coaching, including 3D swing analysis and coaching programmes.

2. What personal data I collect
I may collect and process the following information about you:

Contact details – name, email address, phone number and any other details you provide when you book a service, fill in a form or contact me.

Booking and service information – which service you book, dates and times, notes relevant to your coaching, and any videos or images you choose to send for analysis.

Payment information – payment method and transaction details. Card details are processed securely by third-party payment providers (such as Wix Payments and/or PayPal); I do not see or store your full card number.

Communication records – emails, messages or other correspondence between us.

Website usage data – technical data such as IP address, device type, pages visited and cookies, collected via Wix and its analytics tools.
3. How I use your personal data
I use your personal data for the following purposes:

To provide coaching services you have requested, including managing bookings, delivering online coaching and sending follow-up information.

To process payments and maintain basic accounting records.

To communicate with you about your bookings, coaching, or enquiries.

To improve my services and website, e.g. understanding which pages are visited most.

I do not sell your personal data to third parties.

I keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including:

Coaching and booking records – generally up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes.

Videos and swing analysis files – for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide and review your coaching, unless you ask me to delete them sooner (where allowed by law).
8. Your rights

Request deletion of your data where there is no good reason for me to keep it (this may not apply where I must keep records for legal reasons).
