Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of this Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services sold through this website by Stefan Ackermann – PGA Professional, including:

Online 3D swing analysis sessions

Online coaching programmes (e.g. 4-Week and 8-Week programmes)
-
Any other online coaching services offered from time to time
In-person lessons booked via external systems (for example through Dungannon Golf Club / ProAgenda) may be subject to separate policies agreed with the club.
2. Online 3D Swing Analysis (Single Session)
Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
-
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations & Refunds
-
If you wish to cancel, you must contact me before you send any swing videos.

If I have not yet received any videos and no analysis work has started, I may offer either:
-
a refund, or
-
a credit towards a future session,
at my discretion.

Once you have submitted your swing videos and analysis work has begun, the service is considered to have started and no refunds are available for that session.
3. Online Coaching Programmes (4-Week, 8-Week, etc.)
Booking & Payment

Programme bookings (such as 4-Week and 8-Week coaching programmes) are payable in full at the time of booking, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing in advance.

The time you select in the booking system is usually the time for the initial online consultation call.
Cancellations Before the Programme Starts

If you wish to cancel before your programme starts and before any analysis work or planning has been carried out, please contact me as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and any work already done (e.g. reviewing videos, preparing plans), I may offer a full or partial refund, or a credit towards a future programme.
Cancellations After the Programme Has Started

A programme is considered to have started once any of the following has taken place:
-
the initial consultation call, or
-
any swing videos have been reviewed, or
-
any coaching plan, drills or feedback have been created for you.

After a programme has started, no automatic refunds are offered.

In exceptional circumstances (for example serious injury or health issues), I may consider a partial refund or credit at my discretion, taking into account:
-
sessions already completed,
-
analysis already carried out, and
-
time already invested in your programme.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions (Online Calls)
Rescheduling by the Client

If you need to reschedule an online consultation or live coaching call, please give at least 6 hours’ notice where possible.

If you request to reschedule with less than 6 hours’ notice, the session will normally be treated as a used session and may be forfeited.

I understand that genuine emergencies can happen (for example sudden illness, family emergencies or urgent work issues). In these situations, I may choose to rearrange the session without charge, at my discretion.
Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled online call and do not contact me in advance, the session will usually be counted as used and no refund will be given for that session.

I will always try to be reasonable, but repeated no-shows or very late cancellations may result in the remaining sessions of a programme being shortened or cancelled without refund.
Rescheduling by the Coach

If I need to reschedule a session, I will give as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time.

If no suitable alternative can be agreed, I will offer a refund or credit for that specific session.
5. In-Person Lessons

In-person lessons booked through Dungannon Golf Club / ProAgenda may be subject to the club’s own cancellation and refund rules.

Where lessons are booked directly with me, the general principles in this Policy apply: reasonable notice is expected for cancellations, and late cancellations/no-shows may be charged in full.
6. How to Request a Refund or Change a Booking
If you wish to discuss a refund, reschedule a session, or change a booking:

Include your full name, the service booked, and the date/time of the session.
Refunds, where agreed, will normally be processed using the same payment method you used to book. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with a payment or service, please contact me first so I can try to resolve the issue directly.
Unjustified chargebacks (for example where a service has already been fully delivered in line with these Terms) may be contested with supporting evidence.
8. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to remove or limit any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom or in your country of residence.
9. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes means you accept the updated Policy.
